The real deal or a total steal?

This hotel is perfectly situated for day trips. Our children loved the outdoor sports facilities while we relaxed, enjoying tapas on the terrace. The staff were genuinely friendly.

The outdoor area lacked proper lighting at night. Check-in was a bit disorganized, and we experienced long waits for dinner service during peak times.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel, it was great relaxing and modern looking. The place was clean and we loved standard king room...

Location just off a huge shopping area, near a huge outlet and Italians park and ride which holds 400 cars. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Chateau de Vedene. Very very good selection on breakfast items.

Utilize the secure parking if traveling by car. It feels very safe and well-managed.

If you plan to visit wave island, don't pass this hotel up. Free WiFi was working perfectly. Honestly nothing to complain about. Property's parking is on-site: D

We were looking for somewhere convenient to stay overnight. Even though we arrived around midnight, we were given a warm welcome, check-in was quickly sorted out and we had an excellent night's sleep. A big plus was the availability of parking in a secure area. Last but not least we were pleasantly surprised to be given a superior room (as opposed to the standard room we had booked).

Can't recommend highly enough for a quick layover

Cozy room, excellent amenities, with free parking ensuring a stress-free start to our exploration of nearby attractions.

Staff very nice and helpfull. Food in restaurant good and not expensive, don't have to wait too long. Enough facilities to keep kids busy. Very relaxed atmosphere.

As always staying in a Novotel hotel is excellent. They cater for children which is an added bonus. The hotel was lovely and the reception staff excellent. We will definately use this hotel again.

We loved the outdoor sports options, especially the playground where our kids made new friends. The pleasant ambiance on the terrace during evening dining was a highlight of our stay.

Great hotel, fantastic facilities, lovely helpful staff from top to bottom will be back next summer.

Location and security

The pull out couch bed was unacceptable.

The outdoor areas here are perfect for families! We especially enjoyed the playground and spacious garden. The staff was friendly, and we had a lovely evening on the terrace while the kids had a blast. Staying with our four babies made it nice!

My wife says that check-in could use improvement.

Staff were excellent - very helpful. Food good. Hotel very relaxing and child friendly. Location OK for travelling around although not as convenient for Avignon TGV as we thought.

Nice parking area

The room I was firstly given has a balcony but the door lock was broken, that is to say anyone can easily break into my room from the outside. Staff came for checking and agreed to change us to another room but the experience was a bit discounted... Surprised that the hotel is placing security at such a low priority.
